Product Description
Used to cushion and enclose the part of the fireproof lock core within the door, preventing the fire and heat from spreading through the weak sections of the lock, thereby losing the integrity of the fireproof door.
Positioned behind the fireproof door hinge, connecting the fireproof sealing strip that was cut off due to the installation of the hinge, preventing the heat and flames from passing through this weak section, thus losing the integrity of the fireproof door.
- ► Made by intumescent material, Expansion rate with 5 times, 15times and up to 25 times.
- ► Thickness with 1mm, 1.5mm and 2mm.
- ► Die cutting of pads for lock kit and hinge pad , door closers etc.
- ► Protect fire door's integrity in weak place of fire doors. Such as hinge, lock and door close etc ..
