Intumescent Fire Door Seal

Intumescent Door Fire Seal is door seal based on graphite, provides a basic intumescent seal for fire rated metal and timber door leaves and frames. It is also ideal for general gap filling in buildings. It can be fitted under door hinges, locks and closers. They are ideal for new build and retro-fit applications.They are supplied with a high grade acrylic self-adhesive tape backing for ease of application.

For the packing, it is supplied in a continuous coil to minimise wastage and is quick and easy to fit. No special tools are required.

Flexible Door Strips provide a permanent seal for fire rated timber and metal door edges and frames. They are suitable for rebates in timber door leafs or frames or the surface of metal door leafs or frames.

They are tested to BS 476: Part 20:22, comply with Certifire certificate, and passed 60min fire test report from Intertek;  in accordance with EN 1634-1:2014+A1:2018

Our seals come in 2.1m lengths as standard, and are available in 6 colours. They are quick and easy to fit, because they have an acrylic self adhesive tape backing. You therefore don’t need any special tools to fit them.
